It was Chris from Nouveau University wanting to know “If I would like to make more money, more often”. Well, sure I would like to do that. They were having a seminar that evening at the Hilton Garden Inn in Emeryville that evening at 7pm. I would be able to go if interested. I said sure I could free up some time to see their presentation. It was interesting to note that you had to dress in business casual to attend.

I also needed to call Chris when I reached the lobby to let him know that I had arrived and signed in. Well, I called Chris when I showed up and he met me in the lobby. He was like glue on me for the first five minutes. He and the other sales people associated with this Nouveau University were all slick model/actor looking people. You know the type; if they were actually salespeople they would make a ton of money legitimately.

The presentation started and this one guy was telling us how he had worked in education and industry but was selling his time for money. He was giving up all his time with his family for working for an employer.

The next presenter was a nice and entertaining person named Clifton. He was telling us how he had signed up with Nouveau University and within a month he had purchased a property with positive cash flow of 600 per month. He went on to tell us about the property concierge and how you can purchase properties with just one click of a mouse button. But you needed to be at a higher level to be able to access this information.
